I recently received (complimentary from Influenster) a pair of Dr. Scholl's® For Her Cozy Cushions for testing and review purposes in the Rose Voxbox. I've been using them in my boots, and they are so fuzzy and comfy, but it's been 50-60 degrees outside, so I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to test out the "cozy" part of them.
Tonight presented such an opportunity. My son and I went to the opening night of Falls Park Winter Wonderland. It's this fun event where they light up the park and the waterfalls and have all kinds of festivities for the family. My husband couldn't make it because of work, but our 2-year old insisted on seeing Santa.
So, we bundled up and braved the 20 degree weather. I slipped my Dr. Scholl's® For Her Cozy Cushions out of my boots and put them into my sneakers since they're a little more comfortable. I'm so glad I did! It was CHILLY!! These insoles not only gave me great support and cushion, but they wrapped my toes in warmth too as we walked around the falls. I really wish these came in two year old sizes so that I could slip them into our son's boots too.
We both had a great time! Now that we're back home, our son is passed after describing his night, in full, to each of his stuffed animals. I'm relaxing in my warm comfy pjs, sipping hot cocoa, and being very thankful that my toes are only slightly chilly instead of icicles.
Hubby will be happy too because he won't have to warm them up when he gets home. haha
